Monday squad training at 6.30pm combined with AE fun runners $5 – popular squad session and under the lights! Wear light coloured gear and bring some water…

Wednesday night – 6.30pm 5K run around the park. It’s dark so wear light coloured gear.

Saturday club runs – 8.00am – 12K training run … 9.00am 5K club run then brekkie.

8am – Parramatta Frontrunners 11K run & 5K run/walk Queens Rd, Parramatta Park

Great to welcome spring to this fabulous city – it is getting warmer each day…… bring it on! See you running soon….

Lots of races to get involved with – so check the calendars and note your diaries….. from small events like Sri Chinmoy to huge events like Blackmores….

Blackmores run – cheer squad will be meeting on Art Gallery Road to support our runners….. final details next few weeks.

Maroubra fun run is on October 24 – and that always gets a lot of runners to participate in both the 8K and 4K races…we often win a team category in this community race – entries will be out soon!

The Sydney City council is collecting old shoes in reasonable condition to send to 3rd world nations and I am sure we can help out. Pan Pacific Masters Games – Early Bird closes next week

Hurry up, and register for the Pan Pacific Masters Games 2010 in the next week to get a discount on your registration before the early bird closes on Friday, 3 September 2010.

The Pan Pacific Masters Games is being held on the Gold Coast in Australia from 6 to 14 November 2010. Early bird registrants receive $20.00 DISCOUNT on their Games Fee if they register for the competition before Friday, 3 September 2010.

Registration can be completed online or via a paper entry form.

Registration for the competition can be completed online through the Pan Pacific Games 2010 official website www.mastersgames.com.au and clicking on “enter”.
