Meet at Paddington gates at 8am for a 12K hilly run to Bronte beach and the coast then return to the park via the hills of Bronte. Challenging yet scenic.

* Rainbow Flag run

The quadrennial event comes to Sydney again... the Rainbow Memorial Flag makes it journey to Sydney on its way to Cologne GG. Members are invited to join the 5K run around the park and carry the flag.
* MG Parade

Time: 8.00 pm

SFR members will be involved in the sport entry in either the Rainbow flag marchers or the general Sports groups.
