Sydney Frontrunners is offering a free R2R5K Program for Women... yes, FREE!
The Program commences Saturday 28 April 2018 at 8:00am at the Centennial Park Duck Pond. It will be run over 8 consecutive weeks on Saturday mornings where each session will go for about an hour.
The Program will be run by Sydney Frontrunners (SFR) women in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. The Program is based on 8 weeks of gradual progress to help you become confident to run 5km. Along the way you will receive ongoing coaching and advice. We will have a guest speaker along at some sessions to discuss nutrition and other health-related topics.
As part of the Program you will receive free membership of Sydney Frontrunners and a club cap or visor. You'll also have the opportunity to meet new friends over a coffee at the end of the run, try out the SFR community and improve your overall health.
At the conclusion of the program, you will have the opportunity to participate annual SFR 5km Pride Run/Walk to be held on 23 June 2018 from the Duck Pond at Centennial Park.
