Otford to Bundeena 30km coastal walk Monday 2 October 2023.

All welcome to join this walk following the Coastal Classic trail run through the Royal National Park if your looking for a great day out on the public holiday.

The walk start at Otford Station and ends in Bundeena where we catch the ferry to Cronulla then catch the train back into Sydney (arriving about 6pm)

We will be on the 6.29am train from Central station arriving at 7.28 ( or if you are somewhere South of Otford there is at train which arrives at 7.15).

The route has lots of climbs but a lot of it is now boardwalk. Worn-in training or walking shoes recommended. It is very exposed to the sun (or rain).

Due to Garie beach being closed ( we loop inland around it) there is nowhere to stock up on fluids  or food until we get to Bundeena – so bring everything you need to eat or drink. There are toilets about every 10km.
