Join us for the SFR Mardi Gras Parkrun takeover to celebrate Mardi Gras 2025!

The run is a 5km timed event following the Centennial Park Parkrun route. Come dressed in your best rainbows and show everyone how wonderfully we can get dressed up.

Details of the route and meeting location can be found on the Centennial Park Parkrun site here, fairly close to where we normally meet, but not the same place.

There is a requirement for all runners (to be able to get a time, and to be covered by the insurance) to register with Parkrun and get a barcode. Please do this prior to the event here. The form is easy enough and won't take long to fill in.

Note that the run starts earlier than our usual Saturday morning runs, with the race starting strictly at 7:00am, so please arrive in good time to hear the race briefing and meet all the new people.

Join us after the run at the Duck Pond in our usual meeting spot for post run snacks and coffee and the celebrate the run. SFR will be supplying post run snacks and treats with coffee available from the Spruce Goose.
