Get Ready to Transform Your Fitness Journey. This is for people new to, or returning to running.
Course Details
· Starts: Saturday 12 April 2025
· Ends: Saturday 21 June 2025
Training Sessions
The expectation is to run/walk three times a week, with the option of joining one or both of the coached sessions each week.
Saturday Mornings: 8:30 am in Centennial Park
Tuesday Evenings: 6:30 pm from Cook and Phillip Pool.
